How to qualify for certification:
- Complete HWSETA defined Outcome-based Measures
- Complete HWSETA defined Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
- Attend all theoretical training sessions
- Complete required practical training hours
On successful completing of course
Cargivers will be qualified and skilled to care for adult, elderly and disabled clients in these settings:
- Private home environment caring
- Elderly community-based centers
- Old Age Homes
- Frail Care facilities
Additional career development opportunities
After successful completion of Basic Caregiver Certificate, suitable candidates wil be offered the opportunity to enrol in Advanced Caregiver skills training programs
